Unless otherwise stated in specific product terms, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable due to the nature of digital delivery. For consulting or service bookings, please refer to the applicable cancellation policy provided at booking.
2.5 Technical Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring compatibility of your devices and software with the Products. For example, many of our templates require Microsoft Excel (Microsoft 365 preferred). Compatibility with other spreadsheet programs is not guaranteed.

3. Special Terms: Stress-Free Family Budget Forecaster Pilot Program
The Stress-Free Family Budget Forecaster (the “Pilot Product”) is currently offered as a limited-time pilot program with special pricing and terms that supplement and, if conflicting, supersede the general Terms above.
3.1 Pilot Program Access and Use
- Available only to a limited number of purchasers (“pilot participants”).
- Immediate access to a self-paced online course and downloadable Excel budgeting template. Please download promptly as indefinite access is not guaranteed.
- The license to use the Pilot Product is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and for personal use only.
3.2 Refunds and Pricing
Due to the significant pilot discount, all pilot purchases are final and non-refundable.
3.3 Support and Community
Pilot participants receive email support with a 2–3 business day response turnaround, plus access to a community for budgeting guidance.
3.4 Updates and Modifications
SanityCents dot com reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Pilot Product or its pricing and features at its sole discretion. Notifications may be sent via email or within the community.
3.5 Intellectual Property and Restrictions
All Intellectual Property rights remain with Shanalei/SanityCents dot com. Pilot participants must not copy, redistribute, sell, or produce derivative works based on the Pilot Product.
4. Privacy and Data Use
Your personal data is collected and used to process your order, provide and manage product access, support your experience, and as described in our Privacy Policy. Marketing communications require your explicit consent.
5. Additional Terms
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
